Moderate, Control My Drinking

Moderate My Drinking is a simple and innovative app that aims to help you drink in moderation by practising a form of controlled drinking recommended by doctors.

The app works by first setting an alcoholic drink limit, you can also add a reminder to alternate alcoholic drinks with soft drinks. Drinks are then tracked using the drink tally and once you have reached the set alcoholic drink limit you are prompted to move onto soft drinks.
